And, on the town’s beachside, the new San Pedro boulevard with its gastro bars and children’s play areas is another hub of activity, as is San Pedro beach, which features some of the best chiringuitos (beach bars) on the Costa del Sol. Although, when you live in El Madroñal there are also some excellent restaurants within walking distance of your own residence.
It is an excellent location too for families with school age children, as there are a number of international schools within easy reach, such as Laude in San Pedro and Swans International School and Aloha College in Nueva Andalucía, as well as a range of leisure activities, including gyms, golf, horse riding, tennis and much more.
