We all know that Marbella and its environs boast some of the most exclusive properties on the Costa del Sol, so it comes as no surprise that one of the biggest Spanish property portal’s has included four luxury villas in Marbella, two in Benahavis and one in Ronda in its ‘Top 10’ most expensive properties in Spain.

Long before Marbella was known there was a private hunting estate set within an idyllic area of outstanding natural beauty. The property encompassed dozens of hectares of land in the hills above San Pedro Alcántara, a small town close to Marbella, from where it offered wonderful views of the wooded mountains, the Mediterranean Sea and the deep blue Andalusian skies.

The word ‘penthouse’ universally conjures up a vision of a luxury lifestyle with exceptional views. You could call it ‘life at the top’.
